|I was very surprised to learn of Perry's passing recently. I knew him as a colleage at Sasaki Associates for over 26 years. We were made prinicipal together in 1984 at a time when there weren't so many and enjoyed a friendship that was dear to me.
Although I never worked directly with Perry on a project I, for few years, wasa cross-disciplinary proposal reviewer and read many of Perry's proposals. It is relective of his character and integrity that his proposals were always well crafted, thorough, and totally responsive to the client's needs. Perry always gave his best to everyone...client, colleage, friend alike. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

|Dear family of Perry Chapman,
Today is the first day I heard of Perry's passing and I am so sorry to hear this news. I worked with Perry for many years on our Campus Planning Committee at the University of Missouri and enjoyed his positive spirit and thoughtful approach to planning issues. I appreciated his personality and contributions and know he was appreciated by so many because of his outstanding efforts over the many years he was with us. He will be so missed. Sincerely, Ruth Brent Tofle
