|Dear Angela and Hanna,
We are so very sorry to learn of dear Oldrich's passing. You are so very thoughtful to call and let us know.
You must be heart broken. We would like to stop and visit with you when we are in Boston in September. We miss you.
Love bill and Diane

|I worked with Oldrich at SW in the mid 1970's. We literally faced each other for a about a year. He taught me to say " he will be back in 5 minutes" in Czech whenever his wife would call and he was away from the phone. He was a good work partner. One day we played a few hours hookey when we decided to go to a movie up on Washington street. I won't tell you what the movie was but it was recognizable in any language.
I also remember when he almost sold the Belmont house. He got pretty hot when the prospective Italian buyer called him a Communist. You probably know how he shut down the sale. It was pretty gutsy.
I hope you all are well. Oldrich said many many nice things about his family, especially one of his wife's food dishes.
