Alice M. (Bilafer) Diamond

DIAMOND, Alice M. (Bilafer) of S. Pasadena, FL and Belmont, entered into rest at home on Friday,  May 8, 2015.   She was 86 years of age.  Born in Arlington, Massachusetts, Alice was a longtime resident of Belmont before settling in Florida.   Beloved wife of the late David P. Diamond.  Dear and devoted mother of Donna Diamond Ayres and her husband, Robert of Enfield, NH, Anne Marie Diamond and her husband, Jeff  McLean of Belmont, David P. Diamond, Jr. of Malden and Judy Diamond of Orlando, FL.  Sister of Paul Bilafer and his wife, Patricia of Acton, Martin Bilafer and his wife, Carole of NH,  and the late George Bilafer and his surviving wife, Lorraine of PA and the late Robert Bilafer and his surviving wife, Nancy of Bedford.  Loving grandmother of Gar and Regan McLean, Graham Ayres, Elizabeth Diamond and the late Luke McLean. Alice is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Alice’s visiting hours in the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home,  52 Trapelo Road, BELMONT, Thursday, May 14  from 4-8 p.m. Her  funeral will be from the funeral home on Friday at 9:30  a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Luke’s Church, 132 Lexington St.,  Belmont, at 10:30  a.m.  Interment Belmont Cemetery.
