Alphonse J. Castagno, Jr.

Castagno, Alphonse J. "Junior" Jr. of Belmont,  entered into rest, unexpectedly, at home on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.  He was 72 years of age.  Junior was the beloved son of the late Alphonse J. and Helen C. (Catalano) Castagno.   Born in Boston, Junior was a lifelong  resident of Belmont and worked as an accountant.  Brother of the late Joanne H. DiFilippo and Robert T. Castagno.  Brother-in-law of Salvatore J. DiFilippo of Everertt and Linda Castagno of Florida.  Uncle of Salvatore J. DiFilippo, Jr. of Saugus, and Mario DiFilippo of Everett.  Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside service in the Mt. Auburn Cemetery, 580 Mt. Auburn St. Cambridge, Monday, March 26 at 1 p.m.  (Please meet at the front gate of the cemetery)
