KULENKAMPLEMMERS, Ann (Kruys) of Belmont, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 94 years old. Born in Surabaya, Dutch East Indies, Ann lived in Belmont for many years. She was retired from the New England Deaconess Hospital as a records manager Ann was an active volunteer at the Belmont Council on Aging, managing the blood pressure clinic. She also translated Dutch and taught Dutch. Ann loved her Church and would often be found helping to prepare the Church for services. Beloved wife of the late Alphonse. Dear and devoted mother of Felicitas Sloves and her husband, Harold of Memphis, TN and the late Theodore "Teddy" Kulenkamplemmers. Sister of Johanna Kruys of San Francisco. Loving grandmother of Alexander Sloves of Chicago, IL and Anneliese Sloves of Los Angeles, CA. Ann is also survived by her honorary daughter, Jean Leary of Wakefield, her best friend, Eileen White of Belmont and her community of friends at the Belmont Senior Center. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ann's visiting hours in the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home, 52 Trapelo Rd., BELMONT, Wednesday, Jan. 9 from 2-4 p.m. Her funeral services will be on Thursday in the Clarendon Hill Presbyterian Church, 155 Powder House Blvd, Somerville 02144 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
