Douglas Fuller was born on Dec. 19, 1957, the son of Kent Mason Fuller and Virginia Angevine Fuller. He attended Belmont Day School and then graduated from Belmont Hill School in 1976.
After graduating from the Belmont Hill School, he spent a number of years driving a cab in Belmont, Arlington, Boston, and ultimately in Tucson, Arizona, where he made a large circle of devoted friends.
After he returned to the Boston area, he began volunteer work at the MSPCA, where he worked with the more difficult dogs in the shelter. This was his favorite occupation and he gave his heart and soul to it.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Doug's funeral service in the Old South Church, 645 Boylston St. Boston, Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 2 p.m. Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Douglas' memory to Spikes Fund c/o the MSPCA, 350 S.
