Harry Oteri

OTERI, Harry of Belmont,  entered into eternal rest at home on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was 94 years old.  Born and raised in Belmont, Harry remained a lifelong resident. Devoted son of the late Orazio "Harry" and Nancy Oteri.    Beloved husband of the late Norma L. (Mici)  Oteri  for over 61 years.  Dear and devoted father of Edward  Oteri and his wife, Laurie of Methuen, Diane M. Corsino and her husband, Edward, Jr. of Belmont and the late Harry D. Oteri and his surviving wife,Valerie. Brother of Nancy MacIsaac of Belmont and the late Rose Elton, Frank Oteri, Margaret Calabrese, Anna Howe, Emily Youell, Florence Oteri and Dorothy Mele. Loving Papa of  many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Harry’s visiting hours in the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home,  52 Trapelo Road, BELMONT, Friday, March 15 from 4-7 p.m.  His funeral will be from the funeral home on Saturday at 9 a.m.  followed by a funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, 130 Common St., Belmont, at 10 a.m.  Interment St. Patrick’s  Cemetery, Watertown.    In lieu of flowers, contributions in Harry’s memory to the charity of one’s choice would be sincerely appreciated. swdfuneralhome.com
