Henrietta (Stoy) Brown

Henrietta (Stoy) of Bedford, formerly of Belmont, died peacefully at Carleton Willard Village  on July 19, 2012 at age 95. She was the beloved mother of Mary C. Hamilton on Hamilton, Francis P. Brown of Amherst, NH, Richard J. Brown of Belmont and Eleanor Brown Davis of Wyndmoor, PA. Loving grandmother of fourteen and the proud great grandmother of one. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Francis H. Brown, her parents, Joseph and Josephine Stoy, her brother John C. Stoy and her sister, Mary Stoy. Funeral from the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home,  52 Trapelo Road, BELMONT, Monday, at 8:00 a.m.  Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, 130 Common St. Belmont at 9:00 a.m.  Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home, Sunday 4-6pm. Henrietta was born and grew up in Manchester, NH. She was a graduate of Hesser College, after raising her family she continued her education at Northeastern University.
