Inge L. (Steck) Eiseler

EISELER, Inge Luise (Steck), born September 22, 1930 in Stuttgart, Germany, entered into eternal rest, peacefully, at home with hospice care surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 23, 2016.  She was 86 years old.  Daughter of the late Karl and Auguste Steck.  Inge is survived by her husband of 60  years, Walter Eiseler.  Devoted mother of Helen (Eiseler) Pakstis and her husband, Michael of Duxbury.  Loving grandmother of Heather and Emily Pakstis of Duxbury.  Sister-in-law of Werner and Kathy Eiseler of Duxbury, Elfriede and Manny Namauu of Maui, HI, Erich Eiseler of Winnenden, Germany and the late Kurt Eiseler of Winnenden, Germany.  Aunt and great aunt to several nieces and nephews.
Inge is fondly remembered as co-owner with her husband, Walter of the formerly known Henry's Bakery of Belmont.  
Realtives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Inge's visiting hours in the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home, 52 Trapelo Road, BELMONT,  Tuesday, October 25 from 4-7 p.m.  Her funeral service will be in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m.    Burial to follow in the family lot at the Belmont Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Inge's memory to the Deutsches Altenheim Nursing Home, 2222 Centre St., West Roxbury, MA,  02132, where Inge was a member of the German Ladies Aid Society of Boston.
Our family would like to thank all of the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff at the Mt. Auburn Hospital who gave our beloved Inge the best care possible for so many years.  For that, we will be forever grateful!
