Joseph J. Persich

Persich, Joseph J.  of Belmont, formerly of  New Jersey, entered into rest on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in the Meadowgreen Nursing Home in Waltham.  He was 95  years of age.  Born in Hoboken, New Jersey, Joseph resided in Belmont for a few years.  He was a retired loan officer working in the banking field.  Joseph attended NYU and served proudly in the United States Army during World War II and Korea, discharged as a First Lieutenant.  Husband of the late Mary R. (Dolan) and dear and devoted father of Rosanne P. Dorris and her husband, Herbert of Belmont.  Funeral service will be private.
