WRINN, Julie Lawless of Lynn and Gloucester, entered into rest of an apparent heart attack, at her art studio in Gloucester on December 1, 2012. She was 61 years of age. Born in Boston, Julie was raised in Belmont and was a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree and was awarded the college's prestigious Philosophy Prize. Julie was an artist by profession, and the former Deputy Director of the Massachusetts Film Bureau for many years. Beloved wife of Joe Wrinn for 31 years. Daughter of the late Hon. Thomas W. and Julia C. (Nelligan) Lawless. Sister of Thomas W. Lawless of Belmont. Sister-in-law of Bill and Linda Wrinn of Gloucester. Aunt of Corey, Myles, Jami and Velia Wrinn of Gloucester and Rockport. Godmother of Kyle and Ryan Barch of Ludlow, MA. Cousin of Patricia Nelligan of Hilton Head, NC, Margot Nelligan of Rancho Mirage, CA, Judith Nelligan Blommer of Atherton, CA, Dr. John P. Nelligan of Longview, WA, William Lawless of Walpole, Laura Duncan and her husband, David Meichsner and their daughter, Julia Meichsner of Milford, NH and Donald Snowdon of Belmont, NC.
