CARTER, Margaret Ruth (Brownell) entered into eternal rest on January 27, 2025 in Florida. She was 96 years old. She was the beloved sister of Robert Brownell of CT.

Private family services were held in the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home, Belmont with burial at the family lot at the Belmont Cemetery.
