Martin E. "Buddy" Reid, Jr.

REID, Martin E. “Buddy”, Jr. of Arlington,  entered into rest on Saturday, March 5, 2016 in the Winchester Hospital.  He was 73 years of age.  Born in Boston, Buddy was a lifelong resident of Arlington.  He was retired from the Polaroid Corporation having worked in customer service for over 35 years.  Son of the late Virginia M. (Lyons) and Martin E. Reid. Dear and loving brother of  David L. Reid and his wife, Mary and Linda Fanciullo and her husband, John all of Arlington.  Loving uncle of Diane Mucci, Judy Sherriff, Kimberly Piggott, J.A. Fanciullo and Robin Araujo.  Buddy is also survived by 9 loving great-nieces and great-nephews.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Buddy’s visitation and services in the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home,  52 Trapelo Rd., BELMONT,  Wednesday, March 9 beginning at 9:30 a.m. followed by his funeral service at 11 a.m.  Interment Cambridge Cemetery.  Contributions in Martin’s memory to the charity of one’s choice would be sincerely appreciated. www.swdfuneralhome.com.
