TRAVIA, Nannette A. (Romeo) of Hanover, formerly of Watertown and Belmont. entered into eternal rest in the South Shore Hospital. She was 90 years of age. Born in Belmont, Nannette lived in Watertown for many years before she and John settled in Hanover these last 3 years to be near their children. She enjoyed and was an avid golfer. But her biggest joy was being a devoted mother, a loving Nana and most recently a loving Great-Nana. Beloved wife of John S. Travia for over 65 years. Devoted mother of Susanne Fantasia and her husband, Anthony of Braintree and Joanne McCann and her husband, Joseph of Hanover. Loving Nana of Nicole Fantasia, Danielle Fantasia and her wife, Karen Fantasia, John Paul McCann and Jennifer MacKenzie and her husband, David. And loving Great-Nana of Lincoln Fantasia and Maizey MacKenzie. Sister of the late Francis Romeo and his surviving wife, Marilyn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Nannette's visitation in the Short, Williamson & Diamond Funeral Home, 52 Trapelo Road, BELMONT, Thursday, February 17 at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral home service at 11:30 a.m. Interment Belmont Cemetery.
