FULLER, Virginia A. (Angevine) of Belmont, entered into eternal rest at home on Saturday, June 29, 2019. she was 85 years old.  Born in Boston, Virginia was a lifelong resident of Belmont.  She worked tirelessly for the animal rights movement.  Wife of the late Kent M. Fuller. Daughter of the late J. Bernard Angevine, Sr. and Hallie (Corbett).  Dear and devoted mother of the late Douglas Fuller.
