PHILLIPS, William L. of Arlington, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly, Tuesday, May 14, 2024 in the Winchester Hospital.  He was only 55 years old.  Born in Boston, Bill lived in Arlington for most of his life.  Beloved son of the late Carole E. (Delahanty) and Richard C. Phillips;  dear and devoted brother of Richard C. Phillips, Jr. of Arlington.
